Our meals are freshly made to order, using quality ingredients from local sources. Guests have told us that our pizzas are the best they have eaten in the Caribbean, and we're proud to continue and build on that reputation.
The Lazy Turtle menu includes all the familiar pizza classics (though we've named them after local and visiting boats): margharita, romana, marinara, prosciutto, pepperoni, vegetariana, calzone... And, depending on availability, we offer our very own local twist on pizza: lobster, lambi, and callaloo (the Caribbean spinach variety). We'll also try to accommodate special requests where possible.
We offer pasta dishes such as tagliatelle carbonara, vegetariana, pomodoro, and lasagne. And, provided we can source quality ingredients, we will also prepare shrimps flambeed with ricard, beef carpaccio, and other specials.
Our most popular desserts are creme brulee, ice cream, and chocolate cake - all served with freshly ground and brewed espresso, cappuccino, or latte.
